Oregon Real Estate Agency : Continuing Education Requirements
All real estate licensees (principal brokers, associate brokers, brokers and property managers) renewing an active license must complete at least 30 hours of continuing education during the preceding two license years.

Fair Housing Council of Oregon (FHCO)
The Fair Housing Council provides education and outreach services explaining fair housing laws, as well as enforcement and investigations following complaints of fair housing violations.

Home Builders Association (HBA)
The HBA is a trade association for the building industry. Their web site provides consumer information on choosing a builder or remodeler.
Homeownership Opportunities Northwest (HOWNW.com)
HOWNW.com provides a summary of housing related programs for homebuyers in the Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County areas. A number of programs provide home buying assistance to individuals based on income.
Portland Housing Center
The Portland Housing Center provides educational programs and financial counseling to people at all stages of homeownership.
Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS)
RMLS™ is the Multiple Listing Service for the Portland Metropolitan area and Lane, Douglas, Curry, Coos, Hood River and Wasco Counties in Oregon as well as Clark, Skamania and Klickitat Counties in Washington. They provide a searchable database of homes and member contact information with accurate and timely information.
